Financial Prosperity is God’s will for you!

Psalms 35:27
Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, “Let the Lord be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”

The Word of God reveals the will of God because the word of God is the will of God. You cannot know what God wants, unless you read His written Word.

The word prosperity in Psalms 35.27 is the Hebrew word shalom. It refers to completeness and soundness. It includes health, welfare and prosperity. One word that best describes shalom is wholeness – all round prosperity where nothing is missing and nothing is broken.

According to this verse, The Lord has pleasure in the all round prosperity of His people. The Lord is glad when His people prosper. He delights in it. The Lord wants His people to prosper in every area, including their finances. It is not God’s will for His people to be poor and to be in lack. Poverty is not God’s will. Prosperity is God’s will.

III John 1:2
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

The Lord never changes. Be it the old covenant or the new covenant, the Lord wants you to prosper in all things – be it spiritual, be it physical, be it emotional, be it relationships, be it social and be it financial.

The Lord be magnified who has pleasure in my prosperity. Hallelujah!

There are a few in the body of Christ who oppose financial prosperity. Just because some preachers and believers are covetous doesn’t mean Biblical financial prosperity is wrong. When you look at God’s word, there remains no doubt in your mind concerning God’s will on financial prosperity.

Deuteronomy 8:18
“And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

You must know what is God’s will concerning financial prosperity because faith begins where the will of God is known. He gives us the power to get wealth because He does not want His people to be poor.

Psalms 23:1‭, ‬5
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.

Abundance and overflow is God’s desire for you. No lack. No scarcity. No poverty.

Deuteronomy 15:4
except when there may be no poor among you; for the Lord will greatly bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you to possess as an inheritance—

The verses I have shared with you reveals God’s heart for His people. The Lord wants you to prosper. Financial prosperity is God’s will for you.

Proverbs 10:22
The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it.

Once you know what God’s wants, faith begins. Because you know God’s written word, you can be sure and absolutely certain that God wants you to prosper financially. With this knowledge, you can believe God for your financial prosperity. The One who promises is the One who will fulfill it in your life.

God’s ability has no limit. But for you, He can only do what you believe. Your faith is God’s limit for you. If you don’t believe in healing, He can’t manifest healing in your life. He wants to but He can’t.

What you can’t believe, He can’t do in your life.

Remember, Jesus couldn’t heal people in His own village because they refused to believe in Him. Did He have the power to heal? Yes! Why couldn’t He heal? They refused to believe Him. Your faith is God’s limit for you.

When you refuse to hear what people say about financial prosperity and instead look to God’s word, you will be convinced without a shadow of doubt, Financial Prosperity is God’s will for you.

As you believe this in your spirit and speak it with your mouth, the Lord will bring you to a place of financial abundance and overflow where you will have dominion in your finances.

II Corinthians 9:8
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

Always having all sufficiency in all things – This is God’s will for you. Many believers are ignorant of this reality. Ignorance is bondage. Ignorance keeps you in darkness. Ignorance destroys.

Never run after money! The Lord will prosper you. The Lord will bless you financially. The Lord will increase your wealth. Keep your eyes on Jesus. Expand the Kingdom. Fulfill your God given assignment. Money will follow you.

You are victorious in Christ!
